Hapoel Tel Aviv made a late comeback but Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv managed to hold on for a 91-84 road win in the Israeli League. Maccabi stayed undefeated with ten wins while Hapoel now holds a 4-6 record.
Yovel Zoosman led the way with 15 points on 3-3 from behind the arc including to crucial triples in crunch time. Elijah Bryant and Tyler Dorsey added 14 points each.
For Hapoel, Latavious Williams banked game-high 25 points along with 12 rebounds while Tomer Ginat followed with 18 points.
Maccabi was ahead 24-22 after ten minutes and 50-41 at halftime. They stayed up through the third quarter (72-60) and although Hapoel bounced back taking over the lead with four minutes left, Zoosman stepped up for Maccabi with two shots from deep in a row which propelled the guests to victory.
