Zalgiris Kaunas survived tough Siauliai and prevailed over with an 85-80 victory to extend its winning streak to 14 games in the Lithuanian League.
KC Rivers paced the winning side with a game-high performance of 22 points, three assists, while Martinas Geben and Karolis Lukosiunas posted 13 points each.
Siauliai threatened the hosts throughout the game and was up 79-75 with less than two minutes to go in the game. KC Rivers stepped in with a crucial pair of free throws with 14 seconds remaining and Zalgiris sealed the victory.
