ASVEL Villeurbanne beat Cholet 91 – 80 on the road to improve its French Jeep Elite record to 17 – 3 and remain at the top of the standings.
Livio Jean-Charles scored a team-high 20 points while grabbing 17 rebounds while David Lighty dropped 19 points for ASVEL. David Horton put on a double-double of 29 points plus 11 rebounds and Jalen Riley added 17 points to lead Cholet in contribution. The team is 12-11 and retains its sixth position at the table.
Boulogne-Levallois defeated Monaco to retain a firm grip on the top four (15-5). The Monegasques, on the other hand, dropped to 17-3 and fell to second place.
