Despite a slow start, LDLC ASVEL took care of business in the French League duel against Chalons-Reims, logging a convincing 97-71 home win and improving to a 9-5 record.
Guerschon Yabusele led the way with 22 points on 3-3 from deep while Moustapha Fall added 16 and David Lighty 12 points. Thomas Heurtel had ten points and nine assists, flirting with a double-double.
On the other squad, Joshiko Saibou scored 12 as did Dominic Waters. Jessie Begarin had 11 and Travis Leslie ten points.
Monaco leads the standings with an 11-1 record followed by Dijon with 12-4 and Strasbourg with 10-3. JL Bourg holds a 10-4 record in front of ASVEL.
