ASVEL dominated inside the paint with Youssoupha Fall taking charge while Will Cummings went off for Metropolitans 92 and took down Monaco

Youssoupha Fall posted 20 points and 11 rebounds as ASVEL Villeurbanne defeated Nanterre 92 on the road to register its fourth consecutive win in the French Jeep Elite League. ASVEL remains undefeated on a domestic level in 2022.

Marcos Knight contributed 16 points plus eight rebounds and Charles Kahudi scored 14 for ASVEL that wasn’t hurt by its bad 3-point shooting (3-16) by being effective in all other areas of the game. TJ Parker’s players distributed the ball well, finishing with 22 assists for just seven turnovers.

Nanterre, on the other hand, lost 16 possessions from mistakes. Thomas Wimbush had 13 points plus seven rebounds, Chris Horton finished with 12 points plus 10 boards and Adam Mokoka notched 12 points plus six rebounds of his own.

ASVEL improved to 17 – 11 and jumped to third place in the standings with this win. Nanterre dropped 16 – 9 and at the edge of the playoff zone.

Meanwhile, Will Cummings went for 35 points and ten assists as he handed Levallois Metropolitans 92 a 115 – 106 win against AS Monaco after overtime.

Lahaou Konate followed up with 17 and Keith Hornsby with 16 points. For Monaco, Mike James had 23 points, eight assists, six boards while Dwayne Bacon scored 22.

Levallois improved to 14 – 3 at the top of the standings while Monaco now holds the same record as ASVEL and Le Mans (11 – 6).
