A couple of days after completing the 2021-22 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague campaign, LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne rolled Orleans, 87-73. In a comfortable fashion, the team coached by T.J. Parker improved to 18-8 in France’s Betclic Elite LNB Pro A Regular Season.
Promising upstart Victor Wembanyama logged a team-high 17 points behind 7/12 field goals in the Round 27 affair. Youssoupha Fall added 16 points. Chris Jones exited with an injury to his hand and Marcos Knight (foot) was ruled out prior to the game remaining on ASVEL’s injury list.
