AS Monaco returned to its French Jeep Elite duties after being eliminated by Olympiacos in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague quarterfinals and overcame a tough game against Le Mans to grab an 84-83 victory, in their rescheduled Round 30 meeting.
Dwayne Bacon kept Monaco on the winning track with a 17-point performance, big man Donatas Motiejunas posted 16 points and four rebounds and Yakuba Ouattara followed with 15 points and five rebounds.
Veteran Darius Johnson-Odom paced Le Mans with 25 points and Dante Cunningham tapped 16.
Monaco remains in the second seed of the French Jeep Elite standings after winning its third game in a row (23-8 record), while Le Mans roughly stays off of the playoffs zone with a 16-16 record in the 9th place.
