After shocking the NBA scene by performing a dominant display in the two encounters against the G-League Ignite, Victor Wembanyama came back to France to play once again with Boulogne-Levallois Metropolitans 92. Vincent Collet’s team got the 89-94 away victory against Le Mans in overtime.

The projected first pick in the 2023 NBA Draft ended the game with 24 points and 9 rebounds, in one of his umpteenth dominant displays.

His partner in the front line Ibrahima Fall Faye had a double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Tremont Waters stepped up after regulation and closed with 26 points.

All eyes were on Victor Wembanyama, but the one who stole the show was Matt Morgan, who had 34 points shooting 8/15 from the field and 4/10 from the arc, forcing OT.

Tres Tinkle helped with 21 points and 9 rebounds, while EuroBasket 2022 sensation Terry Tarpey played only 7:31 minutes.

With this victory, Boulogne-Levallois Metropolitans 92 goes 3-1 in the standings, while Le Mans found its first loss of the season, with a 4-1 record.
