After starting his season in the 2022-23 Basketball Champions League in Poland with Legia Warszawa, Ray McCallum moves to France for the second time in his career, joining Nanterre 92.

The former Sacramento Kings player, selected with the #36 pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, comes back to the French league after playing for BCM Gravelines in the 2021-22 season.

He joins Pascal Donnadieu’s team to replace another former Legia Warszawa player, Justin Bibbins. He has been the leader of the green-and-white team, averaging 14.9 points in the French league.

The American guard, who averaged 17.2 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 4.7 assists in this year’s BCL, shooting 44.7% from beyond the arc, will try to help the French team bounce back in the LNB, where they are 12th in the standings.
