Nando De Colo scored 33 points on 7-9 triples to lead ASVEL Villeurbanne to a 80 – 79 away victory over Le Mans in a game for Round 28 of the French League regular season. Youssoupha Fall made the game-winning layup in the very last second after a tough pass by Dee Bost and a team comeback from down nine points down the stretch.
Le Mans was up 78 – 69 with 3:35 to play when Fall hit 4-6 free throws to cut the deficit to 78 – 73. De Colo drained the jumper and then the 3-pointer to bring ASVEL at 79 – 78 with 32 seconds remaining.
After Valentin Chery went 0-2 from the line for Le Mans, the ball went to Bost who beat the double-team pressure and found Fall inside the paint for the basket that decided the outcome.
