Monaco is preparing for the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Playoff series against Fenerbahce Beko, and Sasa Obradovic‘s team appears ready.
The defending French champions secured a resounding victory against Le Portel in Round 30 of the Betclic Elite, winning 101-67, marking their fourth consecutive win in the domestic championship.
Obradovic tried to distribute minutes equally, with Jaron Blossomgame emerging as the top scorer with 18 points. Matthew Strazel followed closely with 16 points, while Alpha Diallo and Mike James contributed 11 points each.
David DiLeo scored 18 points on the opposing side, with Phlandrous Fleming Jr. closely behind at 17 points and Bastien Vautier adding 10.
Monaco will now host Fenerbahce at the beginning of the playoffs, with the first match scheduled for April 24 at the Gaston Medecin Hall.
Paris takes down ASVEL in Villeurbane
After winning the BKT EuroCup, Paris is on the verge of getting second place in the Betclic Elite standings behind Monaco after defeating LDLC ASVEL on the road 66-86.
T.J. Shorts led the team from French capital with 24 points, six rebounds and four assists, while Nadir Hifi followed him with 17 points. Bandja Sy added 10 points. for the winning side.
Youssoupha Fall had a double-double for ASVEL with 16 points and 10 rebounds, Nando De Colo added 13 and Timothe Luwawu Cabarrot 11 points.
