It is with great sadness that we learned this morning of the tragic death of the President of SLUC Nancy Basket, Marc Barbe.
Passionate about basketball, he was present at the most beautiful epics of SLUC Nancy Basket: winning the Korac Cup in 2002, the “Week of the Aces” in 2005 and two French league titles in 2008 and 2011. He was a recognized corporate leader and one of the most loyal partners of the club. He became CEO in December.
His sudden death plunged the club and all his loved ones into a deep sadness.
To his family and his relatives, the entire SLUC Nancy Basket: Managers, players, coaches, employees, partners, the Business Club Stanislas, supporters, volunteers send our deepest condolences.
