Except for some trouble in first ten minutes, AS Monaco Basket completely controlled rest of the game and after a great push in the third quarter secured an 89-72 victory against Cholet Basket on Day 28 of PRO A League. With this win, Monaco stayed safe on the top with 21-7 record while Cholet got closer to the relegation zone with 10-18.
Sergii Gladyr led the victors with 15 points while D.J. Cooper and Christopher Evans both added 14 points. On the other side, Isaiah Cousins scored a game-high 21 points in an effort to keep his team alive.
