Day 30 of the French League was completed with Strasbourg’s win over Limoges. Since the first half, the home side had control of the game and was up by 30+ points. The game eventually ended 100-70 and Strasbourg’s squad had four players in double-figures.
Earlier on Tuesday, Monaco won its fourth consecutive game, after blowing out Hyeres-Toulon 92-70. Gerald Robinson led the way with 20 points (7/9 FG) for the winners. Monaco improved its record to 23-7 and remains on top of the standings.
Cholet and Boulazac enjoyed home wins, after defeating Pau Lacq Orthez and Nanterre respectively. Le Portel got a tough 84-82 win against Antibes as Trae Golden scored 21 points.
In addition, ASVEL defeated Chalons-Reims in an important game away from home to improve its record to 17-13 and compete for a top-4 finish which eventually leads to the home court advantage for the playoffs. Justin Harper (21 pts) and Amine Noua (22 pts) led the way.
On Sunday, Boris Diaw’s Levallois team was easily defeated at home by Dijon with Diaw scoring 10 points for the hosts.
