After trailing during the first half, Limoges CSP bounced back and recorded a 76-71 comeback win at home against AS Monaco Basket in Game 3 of ProA League semifinals, therefore, staying alive in the best-of-five series but still trailing 2-1.
Monaco had a one-point lead (61-60) with ten minutes remaining but the momentum was on Limoges’ side as they come back from a 17-point deficit (49-32). No team could score for the first three minutes of the last quarter but the hosts took over with an 8-0 run (68-61) which gave them a crucial advantage.
Brian Conklin led the winning side with 16 points while Axel Bouteille helped with 12. On the other side, Paul Lacombe and Elmedin Kikanovic scored 12 points each.
Game 4 of the series is scheduled for Thursday 7th of June when Limoges will try to tie the series with another win in front of their crowd.
