ASVEL took over in the fourth quarter and grabbed an 87-78 road win against Cholet on Day 32 of French League.
Amine Noua and Mantas Kalnietis led the victors with 16 points each while Adreian Payne added 13. For Cholet, Frank Hassell banked 18 points and ten boards followed by London Perrantes’ 18 points.
ASVEL improved to 25-7 and stayed at the top of the standings in front of Nanterre (23-9), Monaco (22-10) and Dijon (21-11).
