LDLC ASVEL and Boulazac played a French League Day 14 game ahead of time and the hosts recorded a 78-69 win. ASVEL now holds a 2-0 record while Boulazac logged a win and a loss.
Livio Jean-Charles scored 14 points for the victors on 6-10 shooting while also adding seven boards. Adreian Payne added 13 points in addition to Jordan Taylor’s ten points.
For Boulazac, Alpha Kaba notched a double-double against his former team with 12 points and 13 rebounds while Patrik Auda scored 16 points.
Boulazac had the minimal lead after ten minutes (19-18) but ASVEL turned it around by halftime (41-32) and stayed ahead in the third quarter (59-53). Boulazac trailed by five points in the fourth (67-62) but ASVEL made an 11-2 ru to seal the deal.
