Anadolu Efes has continued its streak in the Turkish League as they improved to a 29-1 record after an 84-74 home win against Darussafaka Tekfen.
Darussafaka put up a fight, leading 22-18 after ten minutes and 43-38 at halftime. However, Efes recovered slowly after the break and with a 10-0 run at the start of the fourth quarter (67-57) decided the outcome.
Bugrahan Tuncer led the charge with 20 points while Dzanan Musa followed with 14 and Sertac Sanli with 13 points. Tibor Pleiss added 12 points.
On the opposing side, Josh Magette scored 15 in addition to Andrew Andrews and Grant Jerrett’s 14 points each. Darussafaka stayed at the seventh spot in the standings with a 16-14 record.
