Fenerbahce Beko took down Darussafaka Tekfen, 98-79, to sweep the best-of-three series and punch in a ticket for the semifinals of the Turkish league playoffs.
Captain Melih Mahmutoglu sank 6/9 three-pointers and generated a season-high 29 points. Nando De Colo ended up with 26 points to his name. Jarmar Gulley scored a team-high 19 points for the losing side.
The visitors quickly gained control and held on to a double-digit lead for most of Game 2.
Earlier, Turk Telekom forced Game 3 with a 76-70 victory against Pinar Karsiyaka. Turkish forward Samet Geyik was all over the place finishing with 18 points and 17 rebounds. Can Korkmaz went for 15 points.
Anadolu Efes and Besiktas Icrypex are up 1-0 versus Empera Hali Gaziantep and Tofas, respectively, in the other quarterfinal matchups of the BSL playoffs.
