Anadolu Efes faces Fenerbahce Beko at home for the Turkish BSL derby of Round 19 later on Sunday (16:00 CET), though head coach Ergin Ataman will be missing from the bench due to illness.
As Efes informed, Ataman is facing an upper respiratory infection and will have to remain off action for the big game. The Turkish coach also underwent COVID testing, which turned in negative.
Efes will look to bounce back from a two-game skid and also to tie the regular-season series against Fenerbahce in the domestic league (Fener won their previous meeting in October 90-68).
