After losing for the fourth straight time in the EuroLeague, Fenerbahce Beko bounced back with another consecutive win in the Turkish BSL.
Dimitris Itoudis’ side notched its seventh straight win in domestic competition, taking down Petkim Spor 96-85 at Ulker Sports Arena, to stay at the top of the standings with an 8-1 record.
Sertac Sanli led the scoring for Fenerbahce with 19 points, Melih Mahmutoglu added 18, while Nigel Hayes Davis scored 17, with six rebounds, for a team-high PIR of 22.
Johnathan Motley added 11 points, while Marko Guduric scored nine with six assists. Tyler Dorsey also had a good all-around game with six points and assists, and five rebounds, for a PIR of 17.
For the losing side, Mahir Agva had 21 points, David Efianayi added 18 with seven assists, while Khyri Thomas was the only player to finish in double figures with 16 points.
