Bobby Brown was fined with a penalty of 3000 euros for cursing a referee and is banned from participating in two games of the Turkish Basketball Super League after a certain incident that took place in the match between Besiktas and Banvit.
In the mid of the second quarter, the American guard was called with an unsportsmanlike foul on Adrien Moerman. But he didn’t like the call, so as he was headed to his team’s bench for a timeout he started saying something to the referee who ejected the player of Besiktas from the game. For the words he said to the ref, he received a fine and the aforementioned ban.
