Best Balikesir has signed guard Randy Culpepper with a one-year deal. The 27 year old player spent last season between Limoges in France and Besiktas in Turkey.
This summer he joined the Memphis Grizzles in the NBA Summer League and tried to chase and NBA contract.
Culpepper has also played for Krasny Oktyabr in Russia and the VTB league.
