As “Al Jazeera” reports the balloon fell on the electric pole when it passed a vineyard near the town of Ortahisar town.
In the written statement released by the Governorship of the region, 81 hot air balloons rose to the sky in the morning hours, while a balloon with 20 passengers struck the electric wires and fell. A tourist lost his life and 6 people were injured.
Among those injured was Juan Palacios of Tofas and his girlfried who are out of danger.
