As the Final Four is drawing closer, Zeljiko Obradovic‘s team seems to be in superb form in its Turkish League games. The Final Four contenders swept TED Ankara 55-101 and still remains first in the standings, with an astonishing 28-2 record after 30 weeks.
James Nunnally was Fener‘s… executioner in this storming win, as he completed the game with 40 points. Ahmet Duverioglu finished the game with a double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds, as Egehan Ama and Bogdan Bogdanovic also scored in double digits with 13 and 11 points each.
The visiting team showed signs of dominance from early on, while managed to keep unapproachable leads throughout the game, reaching an almost double score victory!
On top of all that, Nunnally‘s 40-point performance was the first since 1999 for the team. Ibrahim Kutluay was the last to achieve that, twice in the 1998-1999 season.
