The road victory of Besiktas over Anadolu Efes brought the latter to a series of derbies against Galatasaray in the quarterfinals.
This result also benefited Darussafaka Dogus that would’ve been third if Efes won. Now coach David Blatt’s team is fourth and will face fifth Banvit in the first round of the playoffs.
First Fenerbahce is put up against eighth Tofas Bursa while Besiktas is playing seventh Gaziantep.
The playoffs are beginning on May 23 with the Anadolu Efes – Galatasaray and Besiktas – Gaziantep games.
