Zeljko Obradovic rested some players and implemented quite the rotation but that didn’t affect much the performance of Fenerbahce.
The new EuroLeague champions defeated Tofas Bursa 79 – 73 on the road and qualified to the semifinals where they will face Darussafaka Dogus with home-court advantage.
Fener captain Melih Mahmutoglu scored 17 points and dished 4 assists, Kostas Sloukas added 13 points and Nikola Kalinic 12.
For Tofas, Baris Ermis posted a double-double of 21 points/10 rebounds and Vasilije Micic finished with 14 points, 4 assists plus 4 rebounds.
