Tofas got the 80-69 win over Efes in a game decided in the second half. Sammy Mejia with 18 points and Tony Crocker with 16 were the top scorers of the winners, while Pierria Henry finished the game with a full stat line (7 p., 7 r., 11 as.).
Tofas is the only team with a 7-0 record and after Fenerbahce’s win over Eskisehir, the two teams are tied together with Anadolu Efes and Besiktas at 5-2.
Meanwhile, Karsiyaka was beaten by Buyukcekmece and despite its success in the previous seasons, remains on the bottom of the league standings with a 1-6 record, together with Gaziantep and Usak.
