Tofas Bursa prevailed over Buyukcekmece with 92-88 on Saturday evening in the Turkish League, improving its record to 10-2. The opposing side fell to 5-7.
The visitors were in charge in the opening period, with a 26-18 advantage after the first 10 minutes, which they kept until halftime, 42-40.
It was during the final moments of the game when the hosts’ Tony Crocker sealed the win with a pair of free throws and there wasn’t much time left for Buyukcekmece to react.
Pierria Henry led the winners with 21 points and 7 assists.
