Fenerbahce defeated Besiktas 78-73 in Istanbul, in the opening day of the Turkish League.
The winners were paced by four players who scored in double-digits. Kostas Sloukas led the way with his 16-point performance, Nicolo Melli and Sinan Guler followed with 14 points each.
Marko Guduric also finished the game on a good note, with 10 points and five assists.
Besiktas’ Kenan Sipahi posted a team-high performance of 13 points.
