Zach Auguste posted team-highs 18 points (7/12 field goals), nine rebounds, and 24 PIR, leading Galatasaray to an 84 – 79 road win over Darussafaka for Round 8 of the Turkish BSL League regular season.
It took Auguste 26 minutes to notch these numbers as Galatasaray got a victory that elevated them to a 4-4 record and closer to the playoff zone in BSL. Meanwhile, Dacka dropped to 4-4, two days before the EuroLeague match vs. Maccabi Tel Aviv at home.
Galatasaray captain Goksenin Koksal added 17 points for the winning squad while Aaron Harrison had 15 points and Tal Webster 13.
For Dacka, Markell Brown finished with 17 points and seven rebounds and Micheal Eric with 15 points and eight rebounds. Jeremy Evans had 13 points and 11 rebounds.
