Fenerbahce didn’t really get going until the final minutes of the first half, but took off in the second to beat Sakarya, 89-64. Jan Vesely, Luigi Datome and Marko Guduric didn’t play in the BSL Regular Season Round 15 match, but Željko Obradović’s club was the overwhelming favorite anyway.
Ahmet Duverioglu posted a game-high 19 points. Egehan Arna, one week after his 22nd birthday, scored 14 points. Captain Melih Mahmutoglu added 11. Kostas Sloukas and Nikola Kalinic had ten apiece.
The other Sunday Super Ligi game is between Bahcesehir Koleji and Istanbul BBSK.
