Darussafaka almost pulled off a late comeback but Istanbul BBSK held on for an 87-81 home win on Day 22 of Turkish League.
Terrell Holloway nailed game-high 32 points followed by Semih Erden’s 14 points and nine rebounds. For Darussafaka, Jeremy Evans banked 21 points and eight boards in addition to Jon Diebler‘s 18 points.
Anadolu Efes holds the top of the standings with 17-3 followed by Fenerbahce which played one game less (16-3). Istanbul BBSK improved to 5-14 while Darussafaka stands at an 8-12 record.
