Anadolu Efes had complete control in Game 2 of Turkish semifinals against Galatasaray Doga Sigorta as they recorded an 80-68 home win and now lead 2-0 in the best-of-five series. Game 3 will be played on June 5 in front of Galatasaray‘s crowd.
Bryant Dunston scored 12 points on 6-7 shooting and grabbed eight boards while Shane Larkin scored 12 points as well in addition to Sertac Sanli’s 11.
For Galatasaray, Erol Cinko scored 11 points followed by Tai Webster and Marko Arapovic’s ten points each.
Efes went ahead 24-14 after ten minutes and was up 46-30 by halftime. They kept going increasing the lead to as much as 27 points (67-40) and while there was no doubt about the winner, Galatasaray managed to soften the blow finishing the game on a 15-2 run to cut the gap and set the final score.
