Pinar Karsiyaka confirmed reports on the addition of DJ Kennedy ahead of the 2019-20 BSL season via announcement on Wednesday.
The 29-year-old American swimgman returned to his 2017-18 team on a three month contract with an option for six additional months.
Carrying his previous experience with the Turkish side, he is set to cover for injured Tony Crocker who is expected to be sidelined for at least one month.
Kennedy is coming off a season split between Melbourne United and Reyer Venezia. The St. John’s alum averaged 13 points per match in Australia’s NBL, continued with 4.8 points and 4.8 rebounds per LBA Serie A appearance.
