We are already more than 1,300 players in our EuroLeague private league! And for Eurohoops, it has been a great season, as we are fifth in the standings. Actually, we are coming off our best round of the year. Therefore for the first time, we will continue trusting the same ten players and we will not change even our captain.
However, that does not mean that for another week, we will continue giving you advice for the 8th round of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague. This time, we will talk about Maccabi Tel Aviv.
The Israeli team has shown its power at home, where they have only lost one game this season. Precisely, since that defeat against Crvena Zvezda, James Nunnally (34 million) has become one of the top players in the competition. During the last five games, only Luke Sikma and Darrun Hilliard gave more points in Biwenger than him. The yellow team will visit Vitoria but it seems like a good destination for Nunnally to continue scoring with the same fierceness.
Scottie Wilbekin (49 million) is always a safe option but the big guys are rocking. Jalen Reynolds (54 million) is having a good season but Ante Zizic (41 million) seems fully recovered from his injury and during the last two games, he has averaged 20 points in Biwenger.
GERMAN FASHION
We have talked a lot about ALBA Berlin during this season thanks to Luke Sikma and Oscar da Silva. We weren’t mistaken. It may not be enough for the team to win a lot of games but they do secure points.
The one who is giving many points and also victories to his team is Darrun Hilliard (27 million). This round presents a difficult challenge ahead -facing Real Madrid and one of the best defenses in EuroLeague- but in a full winning streak and averaging more than 30 minutes on the court per game, he will be important.
