It is not just the fact of having reached 5th place in the standings, having won eight of your last ten Euroleague games or, the blowout victory in Moscow. Besides all that, it is the most intense team in the competition and one of the funniest to watch. Dunks, three-pointers, and transition offense. We are talking of course, about UNICS Kazan.
After a hesitant start, they are on everyone’s lips on their own merits. We’ve talked about them before, recommending John Brown for his ability to contribute in all aspects of the game. This week, however, we will focus on his offensive trio.
Mario Hezonja (49 million) reached the first double-double of his career in EuroLeague against CSKA but he is also averaging 29.6 points in Biwenger during the last five rounds. We also have Isaiah Canaan (31M), who has not dropped below 13 points since matchday 9. But without a doubt, the player everybody must buy right is Lorenzo Brown. The UNICS guard not only has a very low price (27M), but he is also the third player who got more points in this fantasy (327), only behind Nikola Mirotic (360) and Jan Vesely (335).
JUST A FEW CHANGES
It is logical that we choose Lorenzo Brown as our starter for this round. UNICS hosts Zalgiris and if the team continues playing this way, he should easily score points. We temporarily send Elie Okobo to the bench, who is not so successful in recent days and travels to Piraeus.
But you already know that we recommend you to not go crazy the double-round weeks and that’s the reason this will be the only change in our team.
