It hasn’t been an easy week for EuroLeague, its fans, and of course its players. Coronavirus strikes again in the competition topping the Eurohoops headlines and sadly three games have already been postponed already this round. But don’t worry, ‘every game matters’, and Biwenger will add up the points from your players when the clashes take place. Therefore, if you have your trusted team there’s no need to change it.
However, we are going to take some risks despite the good results from the last two weeks that have put us back in 4th place overall in the standings and our focus will be on the games that will be played this round.
So it should come as no surprise that three of our ten players are from the hottest team in the league, UNICS Kazan: they secure points at a very low cost. This week they face a tough game against Anadolu Efes but their best performances are usually at home.
We have also chosen to avoid players from teams with many COVID-19 cases -such as Panathinaikos or ASVEL- with one exception. Elie Okobo played during the last French league game against Limoges, so we understand that he is healthy. With four absences in the squad, we can’t think of a better time for him to show his best version and lead his team against Bayern Munich.
