Nigel Hayes-Davis scored 50 points in the EuroLeague, he is eager to step on the floor for the Final Four with Fenerbahce and while all those things are huge accomplishments, they ended up being also just the cause for a conversation that included pretty much everything.

Hayes-Davis has emerged as one of Fenerbahce‘s stars and that’s just one part of him.

The other parts include books, TV shows, movies, and more, including an explanation about the passion of European fans.

As he said: “In the US, every average guy supports four of five different teams, in different sports, and here, you have guys supporting just one club. That’s it. So that creates a different kind of passion”.

In a video that includes a Larry David impression, some great book and movie suggestions, and a talk that extends beyond basketball and ends up in Greek, you can get just a glimpse of what Hayes-Davis uses a motto.

“It’s not that serious, but it is”.

“It can be used often and frequently. Especially in today’s age, we live in the whole microanalyze everybody, how can we comment, how can we critique, how can we make someone feel bad, how can we judge,” explained the 29-year-old forward, “You have to enjoy your life.”
