After being crowned Turkish Airlines EuroLeague champion, Konstantinos Mitoglou is looking for more with Panathinaikos Aktor.
Starting the new season, the Greek Super Cup is up for grabs in Rhodes. Panathinaikos facing Aris Midea and archrival Olympiacos taking on Peristeri Domino’s in the Semifinals on Saturday, the eternal enemies are on track for the first collision of the 2024-25 season on Sunday.
“Both teams made huge moves [in the offseason]. The condition of the players will be important, for sure,” pointed out Mitoglou on the potential matchup after stressing focus on the Semifinal against Aris.
“Every title is on our radar. Panathinaikos must fight for every title,” continued the 28-year-old forward/center, “Super Cup, Cup, domestic league, EuroLeague, we want to win all four.”
From falling to Olympiacos in the Final of the previous Super Cup and the midseason Cup, the Greens ended the 2023-24 campaign by winning the EuroLeague and Greece’s Stoiximan Basket League.
“We must be ready, physically and mentally, with our mindset on winning each game,” Mitoglou set the pace for the new season.
