The unholy work of the criminal hive within the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague never stops. While the search for the missing EuroLeague trophy is still fruitless, five more arrests were made this week. Alas, the result was the same.

Five alleged perpetrators – two of them already notorious – were let free to walk and without consequences to them, unless you count the brief hours they spent in the hands of the authorities. Don’t forget, however, to take precautionary measures if you happen to spot them somewhere on the old continent.

Milos Teodosic: The Serb criminal genius is no stranger to Interpol. He is wanted all over the world, but it’s no secret that his winter base is Moscow. That was the site of his latest massacre, after which he ended up with 34 points, 10 assists and a performance index rating of 43. No one has witnessed those kinds of horrors before, but whenever he is lurking, you must always expect the unexpected. That’s how poor Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz never had a chance against the army of CSKA Moscow.

Blake Schilb: He is a new addition to the list, but this doesn’t change the fact that he is a veteran of crime. He was born in the States, however he has been operating “across the pond” for several years. During the last few, he has made Istanbul and Galatasaray Odeabank Istanbul his base. It was not surprise when he showed no pity whatsoever against FC Barcelona Lassa, on whose head he put down 18 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. His talents are versatile and he has no remorse.

Paulius Jankunas: Once again the “modern day Robin Hood” of the Baltics appeared and led Zalgiris Kaunas to the win. They say that lightning doesn’t strike twice, still his victim was Brose Bamberg again. His 23 points and 9 rebounds got the job done and once again no witnesses were willing to testify against him. Not out of fear, but out of respect for a local legend.

Derrick Brown: This was a disaster waiting to happen for quite some time. Brown is one of the most respected members of the underworld, from the first moment he left the States to Europe. After making his name in Krasnodar, he moved – like so many others – to Istanbul and currently works for Anadolu Efes Istanbul. He didn’t make any headlines, but this changed last week, when he intimidated Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade with 20 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 blocks and 0 turnovers.

Kostas Sloukas: The newest “capo” of the Greek mob crossed the Aegean in order to escape the shadow of “Kill Bill” and he is working for Fenerbahce Istanbul. Many doubted him when he took this decision. However, behind his meek demeanor, Sloukas is capable of anything, as he proved in Milan against EA7 Emporio Armani. He was ruthless with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. When the smoke cleared, he and his team were already in the getaway car.
