It was the second LG Aegean Ball Festival and in the end the team of “Cosmote Pap-Brothers”, meaning Kostas Papanikolaou, Ioannis Papapetrou of Olympiacos, Vasilis Kavadas of Aris and Basilis Doliotis, were the champs in the stars category.
The hosts, “LG Syros Warriors” of Giorgos Printezis of Olympiacos, Kyle Hines of CSKA Moscow, Greek women’s national team captain Evina Maltsi and Vaggelis Sakelariou finished second, while the “OPAP Syros Crocodiles” of Bogdan Bogdanovic, Kostas Sloukas of Fenerbahce, Giannis Bourousis of Panathinaikos, legend Dimitris Diamantidis and Christos Chrisovergis got third place.
Bogdan Bogdanovic of the “OPAP Syros Crocodiles” won the skills challenge, Panagiotis Vasilopoulos of “Blue Star Dolfines” won the three point shoot out.
Of course Dimitris Diamantidis and Duda Ivkovic also stole the show at an amazing four days basketball event, which ended last night with bang.
