… where the polls in which you, our readers, were called to cast your vote in order to pick all those who made a difference during the regular season and the playoffs.

Check out how the voting went in each category.

Like the editorial team of Eurohoops, our readers also gave the “EuroLeague Best Defender” award to Olympiacos forward Kostas Papanikolaou.

Panathinaikos guard Nick Calathes was close to a… turnaround but claimed second place with a mere 0,3% difference in the votes. The distance with the rest? Chaotic.

Sarunas Jasikevicius received a raving 93.3% in our editors’ picks to absolutely dominate the voting. His percentage was smaller in the readers’ poll but at the same time more than enough to name the Lithuanian legend as “EuroLeague Coach of the Year.”

Olympiacos head coach Giannis Sfairopoulos and Panathinaikos head coach Xavi Pascual complete the Top 3.

Seven players from the teams as voted by our editors also appeared in our readers’ selections.

Panathinaikos guard Nick Calathes, Khimki Moscow guard Alexey Shved, Real Madrid‘s potential No. 1 Draft pick Luka Doncic, Baskonia forward Tornike Shengelia and Fenerbahce big Jan Vesely were named in the All-Euroleague First Team by our staff of writers.

Regarding the All-EuroLeague Second Team, Zalgiris Kaunas guard Kevin Pangos, CSKA Moscow guards Sergio Rodriguez and Nando De Colo, plus Zalgiris Kaunas forward Paulius Jankunas and Olympiacos forward Giorgos Printezis were our writers’ picks.

The new entries according to our readers? Olympiacos guard Vassilis Spanoulis, Panathinaikos forward/center Chris Singleton plus CSKA Moscow center Kyle Hines. They took the place of Pangos, Rodriguez, and Jankunas.
