Shooting beyond the arc is becoming a bigger part of basketball. The past years, players attempt more and more three-pointers, EuroLeague is no exception to this trend.
It’s no surprise players like Matt Janning are pumping up their made shots from three-point range. The 30-year-old guard notched 40, 37, 24 and 62 three-pointers in his first four EuroLeague seasons, but already has 40 this year, more than any other player.
Alexey Shved finished last season with a record-breaking 107 threes. The Khimki Moscow Region guard has only played in eight of the first fifteen 2018-19 matches, but is only one three-pointer behind the season leader. Mike James has also sank 39.
