Name: Donell Cooper

Current Team: Enisey
College Life
Dj Cooper spent 4 fantastic seasons playing for the Ohio Bobcats contributing in every single part of their game. During his stay there he became the only player in the history of NCAA to record more than 2000 points, 900 assists, 600 rebounds and 300 steals in his career. Incredible achievement!
Enisey – Player Profile
His European career started from the Greek League and PAOK. One year of stay there was enough for Cooper to become the record man in assists during a season, surpassing the legend Nikos Galis.
This season Dj Cooper is playing in VTB League and Enisey. He is a high quality PG, one of those players that teammates should give part of their salary! Cooper has turned passing into an art and when this is combined with such a good court vision things become easier for the whole team.
Very good in game understanding, he can read opponent’s defense and create successful plays. As a player with high work rate as well, Dj Cooper has also improved his defense and his long range shooting. He is now able to score both in the paint or beyond the arc and this makes him not only a perfect creator but also a good scorer.
In the near future, Dj Cooper needs to work on his legs and put on some muscle. This will make him a much quicker and improve his game in both ends.
Future
Last summer it was a surprise to see Dj Cooper reaching an agreement with Enisey and not a much better club. He is ready to play in Euroleague level and this can happen the next season.
