While everyone was expected Sergio Llull to climb the All-Time records ladder, Nando De Colo stole his thunder alongside the win and the chance to play for the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague trophy on Sunday.
Lull is now the sixth All-Time scorer, leaving behind him Milos Teodosic and David Andersen, but De Colo who started the Final Four being 11th in the All-Time list is tied with Theo Papaloukas on the fourth spot. If you add the FIBA-era Final Fours in the equitation, then De Colo is also tied with another EuroLeague legend named Dejan Bodiroga.
De Colo needs now just five points in order to enter the top three over Juan Carlos Navarro. If he scores nine points in the final, he will also pass Trajan Langdon for the second spot and with 31 points in the final against Anadolu Efes, he will have the top spot over another CSKA icon, JR Holden.
