After a season with lots of ups and downs with Olympiacos (2013-14), Cedric Simmons left the reds and returned to the team from which the Greek club had acquired him by buying out his contract, the Italian Brindisi.

He was unlucky, though, and seriously injured his knee at the beginning of last season. The American center who is a holder of a Bulgarian passport, completed all the stages of his recovery, he is now healthy and is looking for the next stop in his career. According to reports, there is a possibility that he’ll continue to play in the same team with a new contract, while there is interest from some Turkish clubs, with Istanbul BSB considering his case more “warmly.”
