After five years in Olympiacos Dimitris Katsivelis decided to leave the Greek champs and play in a team in which he will have a with bigger role. The 23 year-old guard signed a contract with AEK for the next season.
The Reds couldn’t offer him a more important place in their rotation, so Katsivelis decided that it would be better for him to find a team, where he will get more minutes on the court.
AEK expressed its interest and Katsivelis agreed by signing a contract only for the next season. The Greek guard has much confidence and wants to be free agent also the next summer to explore again the market. Τhe Greek team also announced the addition of 23 year old Greek American Nick Pavlos who comes from Greensboro college.
