Vlad Moldoveanu stayed in the Polish league and will play again in the Euroleague, after leaving Turow Zgorzelec and signing with Zielona Gora for the next season.

The Romanian power forward arrives from PGE Turow Zgorzelec, where he posted 6.9 points and 2.3 rebounds in 17 minutes on average over 10 games in his Euroleague debut. After his college years in George Mason and American college the 27 year-old Romanian played in Benetton Treviso (2011-12), Le Havre (2012-13) and Kalev (2012-13) until his arrival in Poland.

“I am very happy that I signed with Stelmet BC. I think it was a very easy decision for me, I talked to a couple of ex-players there and everyone had only great things to say about the organization and the city. Euroleague is always a big challenge, and I am very happy at the opportunity to get a second chance at it” said Moldoveanu.
