One more player who spend last season in Euroleague is ready for Eurocup, as combo guard A.J. Slaughter signed a deal with Banvit. Slaughter (1m.91, 27 years old) was a player for Panathinaikos where he averaged 9.7 points and 1.7 assists in 23 Euroleague games last season.

He helped Panathinaikos reach the Euroleague playoffs as well as the finals of the Greek championship. Ratiopharm Ulm signed Carlon Brown with a one-year deal. The 25-year-old shooting guard (1m.95) left Bamberg where he only played in one Eurocup game last season, scoring 26 points against Reggio Emilia, before missing the rest of the season due to a knee injury.

In Spain 28-year-old point guard Tomas Bellas signed a three-year deal with Zaragoza. Bellas (1m.85) arrives from Gran Canaria where he spent the last six seasons. Last year he helped his team reach the Eurocup finals, averaging 6.4 points, 4.8 assists and one steal in 21 games.

Venezia also confirm the Italian-American Jeff Viggiano for next season. Last season with Siena, Viggiano averaged 10 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists in 22.7 minutes in the regular season and 9.2 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists in 22.8 minutes in the playoffs.
